Northwest Septic Service, LLC is highly recommended for septic pumping, routine maintenance, and emergency problems. They do a great job and have been used multiple times. Customers report they came out promptly and fixed backing up issues, showing up quickly to take care of everything including draining tanks, replacing pipe and pump, and wiring. One person did not end up hiring them due to a long wait list, but noted the lady who answered phones was very sweet, kind, patient, and thorough. Others are very pleased with the response, friendly conversation, information about the system, and thorough cleanup. Highly recommend.

I called Northwest Septic Service because I was having problems with my septic system backing up. They came out promptly and fixed the problem, I highly recommend them!

I didn't end up hiring them, long wait list for the service needed, but the lady who answered the phones was very sweet and kind. She worked hard to try and accommodate my needs and was patient and thorough.
