Had my Mother of the Groom dress tailored there. It was finished in 4 days. My husband had his suit pants hemmed while we waited. There was a slight issue with my dress that the seamstress took care of by pressing down the fabric. Everything was done well.My second time dealing with this location ( first time was years ago with a formal dress) and I am very happy with their level of courtesy and professionalism. I recommend this location for your alteration needs.

Alterations express is the only place I go to to have my pants hemmed. The service is always fast, and customer service is always above and beyond. I’ve gotten a dozen pants altered there, and have never had a single problem. They are dedicated to their craft and professional. I tell everyone I know where I go to get my stuff altered.

I came in to get a pair of jeans hemmed and have the waist taken in. The fitting process was easy and fast, but when I picked up the finished jeans, the quality was poor.The hem was fine (except for some sloppy/crooked stitching), but the spot where they took in the waist was sloppy. The stitching was also crooked and they reattached the belt loop in a noticeably different way than the rest of the belt loops were attached. If the weren't able to attach the belt loop the same way, they should have told me or taken the waist in at a different point.The alterations also cost me almost 70% more than the jeans themselves. Not worth it.

I have never had such horrible service in my life. My daughter is getting married October 14th. I made an appointment at the Austintown location last month to have dress fitted they had the dress 3 weeks picked it up after pay $160.00 still to long and the straps that I didn’t want added were to long as well. Left pissed with 3 weeks left before the wedding. Order another dress went to Niles tonight to get the bottom cut off. I called yesterday lady told me get there today I would have it back by the 12th (cutting it close but okay). Got there today and the extremely rude girl working told me it wouldn’t be done I said I called she continued to argue. Finally agreed I could get it the 13 but like 5:00. I said that’s the time of rehearsal dinner. Still rude and arguing with me. I will tell everyone I know to not use this business and the horrible experience I’ve had at 2 of their locations.

Nonexistent customer service. Used a different fabric instead of folding over and reworking existing sleeve which looks awful but I will absolutely not be returning to have them do any more work. I was waiting for a call to pick up my coat and didn’t hear from them until 6 weeks after it was supposed to be ready. They accused me of not being able to afford the alterations (already paid in full) for asking if they could give any coupon for a future visit or consider refunding any part of the purchase for doubling the lead time. Clearly they have no time to work on their own customer service since they spend their time responding and invalidating every google review against them.Services: Alterations

Took a pair of jeans shorts & 2 poncho style shirts since I lost 32 lbs they were to big .She messed up the jeans when sewing up the inseam & the slit in my jeans were in the front instead of in the side .The other leg was perfect. She said so what they r Jean's . They looked stupid to even wear. ! She said they were a defect when I bought them. No they were not .52$ to take a seam in & my waist!!! The 2 shirts she frgt to srw one side in each in so told me to wait .She ran back & finished them quick all right .Sewed it up not on the .Same seam & it's to tight now .!Said she will try to fix my Jean's which were still to big in the butt & was to b all fixed right when I came back .Horrible horrible sewing ! Never again 107$ fr 4 items that weren't only 2 right Told the front desk girl I will not pay fr Jean's till done right She said ok ..never said when they would b done .They can keep them along with their bad sewing & attitude of the owner !
