Best Buy is a store with helpful staff and many workers. The salesman was extremely helpful in finding the right computer, and staff are great in all areas. One employee was patient and helpful, and another was super helpful with a warranty exchange. The store is very clean and offers easy access to the building with plenty of parking. It is a smaller size but has lots of stores to shop at in the location, close to other mall stores. Customers can find what they need, when they need it. While prices for standard items are elevated, the service is excellent. Returns are handled nicely with email confirmations. Customers are not pressured by sales people and receive clear directions within the store.
Salesman was extremely helpful in getting me the right computer for what my uses are. Found a better one at their online site on sale that was better than the one in the store.
