Books-A-Million is a bookstore offering a vast array of books, magazines, autographed books, collectibles, toys, and music. The store is well organized and stocked up with a great variety and a lot to choose from. Many find the staff to be super friendly and excellent, happy to help customers and recommend great books. The clearance book prices are also noted as fantastic. However, some customers express frustration with the repeated requests to sign up for the store's membership, which they feel is overpriced. Despite this, it remains a haven for diverse interests with special category shops within the store.
It's one of the smaller BAMs I've been too, but it's the closest one to where we live right now and we are always treated so kindly when we are in here. The service is great.

They helped me purchase a set of books that I purchased off Amazon that either never showed up or came water damaged. Greatly appreciate the help.
