This store is completely unprofessional. The guy I dealt with had to FaceTime a female multiple times during the process of simply switching a SIM card and paying a phone bill. Along with being extremely fidgety and appearing to be on some sort of substance. Was unable to switch my plan saying he’d have to call customer service and I’d have to come back tomorrow, even after I told him I could do it on my phone and he declined. Even after 30 minutes in the store with him he didn’t even activate the SIM card he installed in my phone and I had to speak with a representative online to give them the chip number on the SIM card for them to activate it. I’m very displeased with my experience and will be going to the Warren location from here on out. I hope the store manager will actually look into the people she/he employs.

The service was very fast and pleasant. Not crowded. I was in there for maybe 20 minutes. Tianna was very nice and helpful. I'm very happy I got an upgrade.
