I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion in for a broken front coil spring and the shop replaced the front struts. When I picked the car up, the ride height was visibly wrong. I was told the springs “just needed to settle.” About a week later, the electric power steering failed — there were no steering issues of any kind before this work was done.
When I returned, the mechanic admitted the wrong size struts had been installed the first time. He said he would “take care of it” at no charge and kept the car on and off from April until June, but the steering problem was never resolved. After months of bringing it back, he eventually told me there was nothing more he could do and advised me to take it to Ford.
Ford ultimately had to replace the entire steering rack and power steering module — a repair that cost me thousands.
Because incorrect parts were admitted and the failure began immediately after that work, I cannot recommend this shop.

Very genuine people I went with a problem that was not a problem and they did not expect a payment. They are very kind hearted and you can tell that they do what they’re supposed to do here and any further auto problems that I have I will be coming to them
