As someone with pretty bad social anxiety, I was hesitant to come to this store because of the reviews I read.
I am so glad that I did though, the worker was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely warm and kind towards me. She was also very knowledgeable and showed me a variety of items in the store that would make a great gift for my son. There were so many unique items, it was honestly hard to choose what to pick.
I ended up getting a sky dragon Jellycat.
I am so happy to have found this store, I will definitely be returning and purchasing other items they have.
Don’t hesitate to go here or give them business based off of the negative reviews; of likely a disgruntled customer who is just trying to get revenge.

I don't understand all the negative reviews because I know two of the women who work here. Carla is a good lady and the new girl, Maddie, is very sweet.

Went in with the intention of getting something special for my daughters first birthday and was followed and treated like a criminal the entire time I was browsing. The woman literally followed us to the door as we were leaving. I was fully prepared to spend money on anything she loved and ended up walking put with absolutely nothing because it was so uncomfortable.

Great selection of items and a cute store. Felt very awkward they have the back section gated off, must leave carts outside the gate. Even then the staff stops what they are doing to watch your every move and even follow you. It was myself and my elderly mother. Wanted to purchase a few items but was so put off I went to my local store and bought the same items… unsupervised.

Locally owned and wonderful! Love the selection of toys they have as well as their own build-a-bear system! My daughters love coming here to get toys that may not be common in stores around the area so definitely a place for unique finds! Love that they give back to the veteran community as well!

The ladies that work here aren’t friendly at all. I come in here for the jelly cats, and I can’t even look at them without having someone breathing down my neck. I don’t even touch anything and they act like I’m gonna steal. I also can’t talk to the person I go with because they won’t leave us alone, just makes it very uncomfortable and difficult to shop at this establishment. Do better.

They even had a GUINEA PIG stuffed animal, just what I wanted!!! Expensive but adorable stuff.

The woman who owns the store stared us down and treated us like we were criminals the WHOLE time…. plastic is up on every single shelf….very uptight and judgmental atmosphere. Not going back and wouldn’t mind seeing this store removed from the rest of the mall.

It was great when it was open. And this page still says it is, however when I inquired about holding a party there for my kids, I was told they stopped doing parties at the first of the year.

Products are super cool. Expensive! Which would be acceptable if it wasn’t for the fact that when you attempt to enjoy looking at toys with your children the sales rep literally stands RIGHT BEHIND YOU the whole time (not the first time). My son was playing with a $20 puppet and she felt the need to reprimand him and state generally they just let the adults use them. It’s a children’s store...with kid toys! I could understand if he was throwing it around but he was just moving it’s arms around.
