Horrible customer service. I asked for an estimate. No problem. They came out and gave me an estimate. That was the last I heard from them. I called them several times to have them start on my driveway and parking area. They never returned my calls. Anthony never bothered to call me back. Maybe they just didn't want to work?

This company dose not care about retired people .They know we don't have the money to hire a lawyer( it took me four years to save up that much money4 years of scraping and saving for nothing )To force them to redo it and make it rightThey do a bad job and never come back to make it rightfor three years I would see him on difference jobAnd talk to him and he said 7 difference times he would be over to fix it , but never didHis dad came over and said he would send him over to fix it but never didI was just hoping he would make enough money to fixMy drive , he never didThen you talk to people about Carl Paving and find out the real truth about the businessI guess who I am really mad at is the city of Warren , that made me pick off the list of who could do a jobIn the city of WarrenThey pay for licence to work in the cityThey said that you don't have to worry about shoddy workmanshipWhen I went back down and show them the picturesOf my driveway , whoever it was just turned around and said we don't control them , so if you don't like it get a lawyerI told them I didn't want them to start with that you said I had to pick some one off the listAnd they told me at the time every body like Carl PavingSo they should know who does the best workAnd Carl Paving was about $ 1000.00 higher than the other two bids I gotBut recommended by the cityEnough saidPlease check this Carl Paving Company out before doing business with them , and make your own mind up who you want to do business withBack in my day your word meant somethingGet everything in writing nowDon't listen to the owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The hell with that list
