I just got married and went in to open a joint account. They were able to squeeze us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. The branch manager Brain was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My new favorite chase bank!

Just trying to do a simple, simple transaction and they can only and they can only cash $100 bill or two $100 bills into 20s. I thought cash was cash on Chase not here.

Opened an account bc i was told the funds are available instantly when you deposit a check and just watched my sister do it infront of my eyes went to do mine and my funds are on a 2 day hold for no reason. Already have to wait 2 weeks to be paid now 2 more days to get my money this is why i cant stand banks

I Gave Chase a try until they shut my checking account without reason or notification. Employees here weren’t helpful. Nearest appointment in weeks.

Terrible service . They never have enough bank tellers working. Usually have to stand in the line out the door . Then when asked for help setting up an account using my checking account they refused . Looked over and saw bank manager and another guy playing on their phones .

Awful experience. Managers smoke right by the entrance of the building. You have to walk through it to get it. Once you are in you are spoken to in a degrading manner. Ask for the manager to get a resolution. He will just smirk at you and acts like you are bothering him. Banked with chase for 15 years. Will not be continuing after today's experience.

the workers are extremely nice and the service is fast, I went in to deposit a check and was out in under 10 minutes
