Opened an account bc i was told the funds are available instantly when you deposit a check and just watched my sister do it infront of my eyes went to do mine and my funds are on a 2 day hold for no reason. Already have to wait 2 weeks to be paid now 2 more days to get my money this is why i cant stand banks

I Gave Chase a try until they shut my checking account without reason or notification. Employees here weren’t helpful. Nearest appointment in weeks.

Awful experience. Managers smoke right by the entrance of the building. You have to walk through it to get it. Once you are in you are spoken to in a degrading manner. Ask for the manager to get a resolution. He will just smirk at you and acts like you are bothering him. Banked with chase for 15 years. Will not be continuing after today's experience.

Terrible service . They never have enough bank tellers working. Usually have to stand in the line out the door . Then when asked for help setting up an account using my checking account they refused . Looked over and saw bank manager and another guy playing on their phones .

I believe Chase does a great job in protecting the customers accounts They have a high level of security ,Their employees Are always courteous and kind....... I do believe Chase needs to re-open there other locations (drive-through’s only ) to take the pressure off some of the other locations .

The employess at this branch are slow and lazy. They never wanna actually do anything and will tell u that u need to make an appt to do nething with ur account. I needed a direct deposit form and was told i needed an appt and then wanted to open a savings and was told the same thing even though there were plently of employees doing nothing. Since when do u have to make an appt to do ur banking? Yep after being a customer there for a long time. I will b going elsewhere.

When my friend stopped working @ Chase, I was ! I don't have a TRUSTED financial advisor. I do my banking, go about my way. I had comfort in knowing if, I needed any help, or advise-she was there! I needed a notary, do I stopped in the Eastwood location. Now, I originally was going to Elm Rd, but a notary wasn't available. I have to say, I met a WONDERFUL employee/notary/financial adviser! I'm SHOCKED! Her name is Qimmah. She made me feel comfortable, & she was very helpful! She had an awesome attitude! I ALWAYS APPRECIATE a pleasant attitude @ the Financial institution's that I do business with (I am a member of 717), that doesn't always happen! I'm THANKFUL to have found someone that I can trust with my money ! I will ONLY deal with Q !

Very slow service, long lines with employees walking around. They are not in any hurry to help.
