Very disappointing went to go put money in my bank account the lobby hours are closed at 4:00 it's like anything place else everybody wants to close early some people don't like going through drive-thru especially if they go to deposit money lobby hours should be the same as drive through

Had to assist a family member with several bank issues. Called Rachel O’Connell at Canfield branch. She was very professional and went above and beyond to help us organize. Went back the following day to finalize our plans. Again, she was very prepared. I will continue to bank at this branch, as will my family.
