The employee working there was by herself, and it was very busy. But she really knew her job and was able to keep the line moving quickly. The person working last night, Friday August 16th is an awesome employee and I hope she is appreciated by the company. Thank you very much!

Five stars for Evan and the team at FedEx Office today—absolute lifesavers. My dad and I needed quick copies of my mother’s obituary on short notice, and they got it done with speed, care, and professionalism. Evan was kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful in a moment that meant a lot to us.
It might’ve just been a print job to them, but to us, it was a piece of closure and a way to honor someone deeply loved. Thank you for coming through when it really mattered.👊🏼💚

Customer service experience horrible called to see if they had a box to fit what I was shipping they told me no I get all the way there with what I'm shipping they let me tape the box there then going to be like we can't ship it that way then why did u let me use the tape to tape it up then going to be like I have a box for 50 dollars that will fit what ur shipping like I called before I got there and was told no they didn't have non... They need better customer service experience

Nick at FedEx was very helpful. I had 2 collages I needed for a project I was working on and he did a great job helping me put it togeher and then he printed it out. They were perfect !!!
The employees at FedEx have helped me with other projects which have come out wonderful also. Thank you FedEx on Youngtown Rd !!!!

Just picked up my order and not too happy with. There’s obvious stain on the prints, print streaks and the agent working didn’t go over these with me, just handed me a pile of prints and a bag to bag them myself. I usually don’t mind the service here but not their best performance for $50 of prints.

I have been going there for years but they charge you an extra 2.50 just because they can which I think is a rip off! I go there to print one think & end up paying triple. I found a new place to go to.

I was in yesterday 10-10-22 around 5:30 and the young man behind the counter was busy. He was very professional even when a guy started being rude to him for no reason. He moved people a long quick and was very nice. Would definitely go back.
