“Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me solve the problem I had (a lot better service than some unmentionable stores, ie:Lowes-- (spent over an hour in store needing to get a 2x4, associates just walked by like I wasn't there, walked back to the front and stood right in front of a manager for at least 25-30 (of the hour i was there), was never acknowledged (he stood and talked with 2 other associates), finally just said "the hell with this place" and walked out..Menards-- (spent at least 10 hours over 4 days in store with very very little associate interaction and no help) and last but not least.Home Depot-- spent between 45 minutes to an hour in store needing to find out about saw blades, had them call over the intercom for help 3 different times, no one came, finally an associate came over to help another customer, stopped her when she got done and 3 minutes later I was checking out.”

“We all know Harbor Freight. The quality is eeeeeh, iffy. But they've gotten better in recent years and they're a good place to buy an inexpensive tool for a specific job, rather than a tool you're planning on passing down to the grandkids. I needed snips and reciprocating saw blades to demo a derelict hot tub that came with my new home. Spent $20 which is probably half what I would've spent at the Depot or Lowe's. Score!”

“Awesome store. I do a lot of instacart, and I had no idea you could order instacart from Lowe's until today. Had an elderly gentleman who lived in the top floor of his complex order a microwave, and it was actually a really good price. Feels nice to be able to provide a service that actually helps people...getting that appliance up three flights of stairs would have been a nightmare for the guy for sure.The store itself is clean and extremely well-organized. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Five stars, no question. Many of the stores in the area are fully of knuckleheads, and it shows. Totally different atmosphere here, and I will be returning to do my own shopping when I need hardware or appliances.”
