The man who rang me out was very nice as well and he told me some added information about putting on my new flapper. I wish I new everyone's name because the customer service was A1 and I will definitely be back for all my home needs.”

The guy working there was very friendly and extremely helpful. The lady working the register was friendly too. I needed a couple other things later that day, and there was no question where I was going. They have a good selection of products. I would definitely recommend getting your hardware or whatever you need from there.”

“Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me solve the problem I had (a lot better service than some unmentionable stores, ie:Lowes-- (spent over an hour in store needing to get a 2x4, associates just walked by like I wasn't there, walked back to the front and stood right in front of a manager for at least 25-30 (of the hour i was there), was never acknowledged (he stood and talked with 2 other associates), finally just said "the hell with this place" and walked out..Menards-- (spent at least 10 hours over 4 days in store with very very little associate interaction and no help) and last but not least.Home Depot-- spent between 45 minutes to an hour in store needing to find out about saw blades, had them call over the intercom for help 3 different times, no one came, finally an associate came over to help another customer, stopped her when she got done and 3 minutes later I was checking out.”

“I reckon the metal formula for the 3/8 crescent seems to have split the only box the bought the two pack of 3/8 wrenches were to go with we’re on the plastic box but I see several REAL chromium has a tendency to warp if exposed to ultraviolet light now the vanadium formula they use is far superior than anything I have ever used and that’s why I shop here quality tools at quality prices BUT you still can’t beat a good chromoly axle made of molybdenum . Real folks know if you use a 3/8 chuck with a compatible attachment you can always get a true grip on your work . Stainless steel is the exception with silicon alloy steel coming in third . Same shit they use on the race cars down south . Edmond empleberger . Did the patent in 1948. These alloy steels provide the necessary combination of hardness (to resist dents and wear), strength (to avoid breaking under load) You wouldn’t find me out strutting around without a chromium solvent wrench any day of the week harbor has it in stock 10/10 times . Save your nickels people and buy real tools . Your wallet will thank you”

“This place is great. We made the trip out to pick up some metal roofing i found online that was way below the HD/Lowes prices. Im talking like half. Ended up buying all of the trim boards for the shed im building as well. $2.28 vs $6.68 for 1x4x8 and the quality was as good or better. Tool selection looked pretty great too but im gonna make another trip to fully explore that as I might need a couple hours.”
“Had a serious problem with our Toshiba portable AC. The manufacturer was giving us inconsistent information about replacing it. Christopher went above and beyond to help us get it all sorted out and helped us pick out a new replacement. He even had to go get it himself off the top shelf.
In a world where good customer service seems to be disappearing this was a huge relief and a great experience for us. He even had a great attitude the whole time not the usual exasperated service you often get when you need help elsewhere. We have been faithful Home Depot Shoppers for 20-plus years we will continue to go back to this location.”

“Had to stop there today for Preen as we were mulching my moms house and she was a tad short I called ahead to see if the had 5 lb size spoke to a young kid he said they did when I got there they did not. A very nice man name Gene then helped me and made it right. He made a customer out of me and was suoer friendly. His kindness will make me drive a little further to patronize this store. Kindness is dead people he is working at Handyman and his name is Gene !”
