Employees were polite and attentive to everyone who came inside the store. Helpful and knowledgeable in their products. It's pretty much just as I remembered it back in the late 90s, early 2000s. With splashes of old and new oddities that us alternative scene people love.

This is my favorite hot topic store! the staff is super friendly, shout out to Dustin, Angie & Lyndsey for helping this grandma pick out birthday & graduation gifts for my family! Those 3 never steer me wrong and the stuff the staff recommends is always a stellar hit with the grand kids making me look like such a cool grannie for picking up the best gifts! Highly recommended and they have great sales too!

Bought "Halloween costumes " for my granddaughter, which is really just a beautiful pink sweater and pleated black skirt! Her and friends are going to be the Mean Girls! lol. FUNNY considering they're ALL the Sweetest bunch of adorable girls! But the young girl was very helpful I don't want to put her name on here, but she has straight blonde hair and is at the Eastwood Mall! (I shouldn't forget the dark short haired girl) her and Bug started talking about "Mean Girls Movie" (obviously I have not seen this movie) lol so it was really nice experience and hey it's a really cute outfit.... she'll be able to wear it as an everyday outfit after Halloween ?!!!
