Worst branch I've ever been to, the wait is always a minimum of 30 minutes

Horrible location!!!! Everytime I need in branch assistance , I wait in line at least 30 mins. Can't even go through the drive thru. They do not have enough staff at this location. Extremely poor service. And

One ATM won't accept your bank card. The other has a malfunctioning touch screen.
