Maggie cuts my hair perfect every time. I got lucky when I went back to JC Penny and got her as my stylist. She always asks me how my last cut was and what I need done this time. I highly recommend her if your shopping for a new hair stylist.

Went there looking for a wine bottle opener. Couldn't find one. Tried 2 other stores. All said I could order online. Ama on order on the way.

Went there to buy shoes. The place looks like it's a ghost store. Very low stock, many empty shelves, had to peek in the windows to see if it was still open. They should just close the store.

I love Penney's beauty salon. All the stylist's are friendly, and talented. I had no problem relating to my stylist what I wanted. The best part was that when I got home and did it myself, I had no problem with my hair doing what I wanted it to do!
