Checked online it said they had what I needed in stock. Drove half hour. When i got there they sd it was clearanced out and the "internet is sometimes wrong" and told me I should "call next time". SO I need to check online for availability, then call to make sure its not wrong??? What a joke. its 2023. Get with it. This is why retail is dying. I ordered online from someone else.

Store clean, with great selection of materials, & sewing & craft supplies. Employees always helpful and friendly. Savings tip: always check the app for coupons! Even if you're not sure if they apply, they'll try scanning a bunch at the register so it will discount as much as possible!

I'm a professional seamstress and usually visit joanns for making or mending clothing (replaing zippers, buttons, patching holes, heming, maitencing my machine.Though I found myself in need of remaking a family passed down quilt. I discovered there's many types of batting and since I've never made a quilt myself, I was glad they had specific thread for quilts!The app or website has a decent variety of coupons daily. Though things can get quite pricey if you're wandering the store and get excited about all the make your sewing project easier, organize better, or just have fun crafts!
