I had such a great experience at Journeys! The team was super helpful without being overbearing—they let us browse and do our thing, but were right there when we had questions. The associate I worked with was amazing at sales in the best way possible: she gave genuine suggestions, explained things clearly, and I actually ended up buying exactly what she recommended. It didn’t feel pushy at all—just relaxed, friendly, and professional customer service. Honestly refreshing to see these days!

I had a very pleasant shopping experience at the Eastwood Mall store. I'm old enough to be these young men and women's grandmother, so I hesitated to go in thinking I'd be dismissively ignored. But, I like the brands Journey's carries so I entered. I couldn't be happier. I commend the staff. You all really know how to treat people and offer friendly, excellent service. I love my new shoes. Thank you. Please tell their manager and keep up the good work!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my son. I wanted to return one pair and the manager with the belly button ring hanging out refused to return them. They were never worn , just tried on. So now I'm stuck with shoes my kid hates. Never shop here!!

I was looking for white Chuck Taylors and I was welcomed in with smiles and was helped by Jillian. I ended up leaving with multiple shoes I loved but didn't even need LOL. Overall a very good experience

The young lady that helped us was so sweet and patient with us. I guess the shoes may run a little smaller, so we had to try on 5 different sizes.lol My daughter is happy with her shoes.

I was in the store at least 15 min. No customers and the employees wouldn’t even ask me if I needed a size. I was planning on buying shoes when I walked in but they lost a sale.
