As a local Turo host, I visit Mike's Midas more often than I'd like to admit, sometimes more than once a week but each visit is always a pleasant experience. Mike's Midas is my go-to shop for all six of my vehicles, and I can't say enough great things about Mike and his team of mechanics.
The quality of work they provide is truly outstanding. No matter what the issue is, big or small, they tackle it. I've always been impressed by their attention to detail and their commitment to getting the job done right the first time. Whether it's routine maintenance or more complex repairs, I know I can trust them to keep my cars in top condition.
Affordability is another major plus. Despite the high-quality service, Mike's Midas offers very reasonable prices. As someone who needs frequent car maintenance, this has been a lifesaver for me. I never feel like I'm being overcharged, and Mike is always transparent about the costs upfront. This honesty and fairness have earned my complete trust.
Customer service at Mike's Midas is also the best! Mike and his mechanics are not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and approachable. Mike always takes
the time to explain the issues and the necessary repairs in a way that's easy to understand. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. It's clear that they value long-term relationships over quick profits, which is rare and highly appreciated.
If I could give them 100 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend Mike's Midas for anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and exceptional auto repair services. They truly set the standard for what an auto repair shop should be.

Alternator went bad on a road trip, and got towed here. Came back here early in the morning and the work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. Owner and staff were friendly. Met a couple of other customers who were locals and repeat customers.

Apparently Niles Midas shop doesn't take the Midas credit card. So go to another location if you're planning to use your Midas credit card. Makes zero sense but it has to do with having pay processing fees. So I guess all Midas locations aren't created equally. Go to one more customer friendly and that will take its OWN company credit card. This shop does not have the Midas Touch. Lesson learned.
