I was very excited to visit the shop as I used to drive far away to visit any shops that sold Funko Pops. Got to the shop and found a lot of exclusive Pops and amazing looking store. My reason for the one star review is the insane pricing and policys. I wanted a Pop that was on Poppriceguide and Funko app for $40 and they were selling it for $100. The representative got extremely defensive when I asked about a discount since the box had damage to it. He denied it and said the pops are priced as is and all prices are firm. So then I kept looking for more pops and found another one I wanted that was on ppg for $70 and they had it priced at $125 which is insane. I understand you have to make money but don't screw your potential customers away with such high prices and representatives that don't want to understand you. I tried to educate the representative with how PopPriceGuide works and the Funko app and he told me that they are not reliable at all which made me giggle and I was explaining to him that I was just trying to let him know so he could get the pops off the shelves and make money. I was being very respectful and I felt very disrespected when I was simply trying to educate the fellow. Anyways, I won't be returning back to this shop anytime soon unless they become somewhat reasonable with their pricing and atleast help out a customer if the box is damaged because is collectors that purchase from them want things in mint condition and if not then help us out with a discount. Have a great day.

Lived all my life in Niles, and never knew about this place. Glad I finally found out about it! Unassuming white building on Robbins Avenue, across from Dr. Celetti and just up from Mt. Carmel church, this is the place you want to go if you are into toys (new and classic), sports memorabilia, and if you're a collector like I am of, especially...Funko Pops! They've got a huge selection of everything I mentioned, and the owner, Brian, is a super cool cat! I have a feeling I'm gonna be a regular here.

The owner (Brian Orfin) is the son of one of my "besties", and he has the BEST toy store (collectibles) ever! I'm so glad I made the trip to see him! *****
