Very clean store. And amazing customer service and employee assistance. I was a bit frustrated their clothing isn't really tailored in store to curvy short women; however it can be ordered through the store if a short size is needed. Came in last week for pants and some shirts. Got 4 shorts, 3 pairs of jeans, and a super cute astrology set of socks for under 150.00 using no coupons. I was struggling to get my size since I've been losing weight and found three different cuts I was three different sizes which was frustrating. However, the dressing room attendant was so helpful finding my sizes and helping bring them back to my room. Super friendly, helpful, and very pleasant experience despite the hurdles. Highly recommend.

Immediately upon entering we were greeted, and each employee we encountered offered at least a friendly offer of assistance. The store seemed well stocked, organized, and clean and the people working there made for a positive experience.

Horrible experience for a simple purchase and return...so patheticI was charged for an item I returned and when I came in to resolve the problem, Pam told me she could not help me and told me to call my bank...The issue was never resolved and I'm waiting to speak to a district manager. Old Navy employees are UNBELIEVABLE....
