Done wasting my time taking clothes in, some BRAND new! And all they say is some were stained wear and tear! The one big bag I recently took in wasn’t even opened to be gone through. And I know they won’t take clothes if they are inside out, too much work for them to turn them right side in. They are going to lose a lot of business because of the lazy workers. I can’t believe the amount of nasty clothes they do sell with stains rips and smells like smoke! But they won’t take brand new! Done even going to that store.

Great store and prices! I hear a lot of people say they don't give you much money for items you sell to them, but they also re-sell those items very cheap. People who normally can't afford to buy name brands can find them here at a reasonable price.

Took baby and kids clothes to two locations because of the commercial on tv.Come to find out the stuff has to be basically brand new, do yourself a favor if you wana sell your kids clothes have a yard sale. hey ceo that put that commercial on tv you should of said has to be brand new to take in repeat BRAND NEW🤮🤮i will never go back to once upon a child they were nothing but a waste of time but when you drive a Bentley I whould imagine you dont want any Hondas at your used kid clothing store .

I was selling some old stuff that my son grew out of. They worked faster then what I thought. At first they told me it would take about 2 days for them to get to my stuff but I got the text the morning after I took my stuff in saying they were done.

Totally wasted my time twice taking clothes and items over to sell. They are looking for new items to buy. A 45 minute drive for $20 did not even cover gas. I will not shop or sell to this store again.

Pretty disappointing from what this company used to be. At the very least the staff was kind and helpful but seemed incompetent. Went to trade in a bedside bassinet that has barely been used, my kid grew out of it relatively early. It sat for a few months and my mom went to sell clothes back to them and her receipt said that bassinets were a highly sought after item. I get to the store around 11:30 am get it checked in and told to wait over 2 hours. I went on and did some other shopping at nearby stores. Finally got the text saying the item for review was ready so I made my way back into a crowded chaotic store. Some other lady was chewing out the staff for a rejected buy back and I get to the front of the line with a reject. Apparently one spot of drool is “mold” on the mattress pad. The worker did help me bring it back out to my car but for Christ sakes their whole business model is slightly used items. I’m sorry a drool stained mattress pad warrants unacceptable. Listed it on facebook market place as soon as I got home and a loving mother of 2 came to purchase it extremely pleased. This is just ridiculous however it explains why a company that used to be so prominent is loosing the battle to Facebook and eBay. Hopefully they can learn to be a little more accommodating especially as a company aimed at helping families with younger children…

They only accept it when I bring new items or famous brands. Also, they give me very little money even if the items are new and good. I bought a new pair of shoes for about $30 and brought many other clothes and shoes, and they only gave me about $15 for 9 items.

Very disappointed I wish I could give 0 stars! First time selling and they took 7 items for $3.70! And said the rest were too worn or stained! That they are not! As a mama looking to have a little extra cash for Christmas, once upon a child very much disappointed me! When I asked why they did not take some of the items all they said was I can’t answer that!!!! WHAT!!!……very disappointing
