This bank needs more employees to assist the lobby and drive thru.Any business near a cafaro operated mall needs to be better prepared.It's unpleasant and unprofessional for a location like this to be understaffed.

Just got done calling this branch 5 times. Not a single person answered the phone. I guess this is what we get when they shut down ALL the branches next to us. Only one in our area is Nile’s Ohio now. All the ones in warren and howland are gone, and now the service here has dropped exponentially. I’ll probably be looking for a new bank soon. This is uncalled for.

I went in to seek a little advice about retirement plans and options PNC has. It was like pulling teeth to get any kind of answer. The entire establishment is a joke. The cashiers were sitting with their feet up on their chairs. The worst was the banker I sat down with. I'll never go back. Horrible experience.

My account got hacked and I was basically told oh well, you have to go without money until it's fully posted into your account and then they can dispute the transaction which will take even longer. But I've been with other banks and I've talked with other people stating that they can cancel it before it's even processed and yet here I am without money with 2 kids all because I apparently have to “waitâ€. Worst experience ever with pnc banks !

Epicly nice staff will explain things in a kind and pleasant manner and make sure you get what you need done. The manager there even asked me how my day was going because I looked sad and was encouraging to me which was unexpected but I was happy the staff showed they cared.

Rich is so incredibly helpful! He spent extra time with us just to help us understand more about buying our first house. All of the staff members are always so cheery and helpful. I drive out of my way to go to this branch, instead of the one in Howland!
