Do not get your nails done here. I asked for ballerina and got these weirdly shaped square nails. All un even all shaped wrong. Literally looks like my 4 yr old did them. And then she got nail polish all over my fingers while she painted them. Very rude also. Told me one price when I asked and then at the end made me pay over half the amount she quoted. Absolutely horrible place do not get your nails done here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a gel manicure and they ruined it. The older woman seemed like she didn’t want to work in the first place when I walked in. She was extremely rough with cutting my cuticles to the point that my thumb started to bleed, and she put lotion on my hands before applying the gel polish. Thus, the gel polish immediately started to crack and peel before I even got up from the chair. I went back after about ten minutes and told her that the polish was chipping and asked if she could re-do them. She had a horrible attitude, she painted over the chopped paint and cured them under the light. It didn’t work. They were still cracking, peeling and chipping. The next day I went to another salon that re did the gel manicure and did it correctly. I was charged 37 dollars at this salon which was a total waste. Conveniently, they have a sign that says no refunds. Do not give them your money. Service is horrible, and the salon itself seems unclean.

I wouldn't visit again. There are multiple other salons around the Eastwood mall area that I would visit again - this isn't one of them. Cleanliness - I had concerns about cleanliness (the general appearance of the salon wasn't the cleanest, and no plastic liner was used in the pedicure basin). Atmosphere/Experience- The older woman (who appeared to be the owner/manager) was gossiping about an employee and another customer and tried to get me to engage conversation with her on this (I didn't). When I was unresponsive to her commentary, she came and stood directly next to me as I sat in the pedicure chair (wedging herself between my chair and the chair next to me) and leaned her body up against me - presumably to garner some reaction/engagement from me. Strange. Service - The pedicure itself was fine, fairly standard, nail shape wasn't great but okay. Overall - weird vibe, not the cleanest, not the best pedicure. Wouldn't recommend.

me and my daughter went there today and there was a super sweet lady but the man doing my daughters nails was super rude towards her and she asked for shorter nails and he made them longer she asked for french tips and she only got one solid color. the lady was super super sweet but the man had terrible service.

Terrible!!! I needed my nails done for Thanksgiving but I couldn't make an appointment at my usual place in time so I went here. The guy who did my nails acted as if he was in a rush. It was not busy at all. He didn't fit the nail to my bed so they were too wide. He didn't shape them very well and the nails ended up being super bulky, crooked and uneven. He cut me with the drill and kept going. The paint job was horrible. I was charged 48 and dollars and these are the worst nails! I'll never go back! Save your money!Service: Acrylic nails

I just left here and let me tell you the service is horrible. I call out here and ask him how much it is. They lie to me on the phone then I get my nails done. The guy made my finger so sore that I can barely even move them And then when I confront them about the price, the lady starts yelling at me. She’s lucky I didn’t pop her in her mouth and not only that but I’m still not happy with him because I told him four different times what I wanted and I left there without what I wanted. I do not like my nails I am not happy with them I’m not happy with the customer service that they provide, and I will never go back there again , all they do is lie don’t give you what you want. And hurt your fingers. Mine are literally so sore. That’s so uncalled for and the BBB needs to be called on them!!!?

Went last week and not only was it $64 for a very mid full set, it was uneven and the polish was not applied very good. When I got home my nails were sore because she used tips that were smaller than my nails. 4 days later, 3 of my nails started lifting. Acrylic nails typically last 2-3 weeks so for them to be already lifting at 4 days, and then popping off at 7 days, is very unusual and upsetting. I do not recommend coming here it’s very clear the products they use are cheap and don’t last, and they charge a lot for a bad job. The employees were nice, but again, I wouldn’t do it there’s better salons around here.

Went here to get my daughter and her friends nails done and they were so bad we had to get them done somewhere else. They wouldn’t even do French tip because the lady said it was to hard for her to do. Horrible place to get your nails done.

If I could give them negative 5...I would ! I went in there last moment for my mom's funeral, while in town . . The First Lady sitting in the 2nd row to the left had the biggest "I hate the world " look on her face when we started so I should have gotten the clue then. I had taken off my nail tips just 5 weeks ago so my nails were stubs and I let her know why they were in bad condition. She literally laughed at the condition of my nails , laughed at my color selection(wanted a natural color), spoke her language to others pointing at my fingers ... keeping in mind I had explained that I was there for a funeral and was teary eyed the whole time . I asked the owner for someone else and ended up with a guy in front row. He was nice , still not a great job but I tipped him 40% just so I hoped he would say something to the chick in the back row !!! Ugh .. would never ever go back there !!
