Red wing definitely keeps up on their warranty’s that’s for sure had a pair of 300 some dollar boots rip and water was leaking in they replaced them and the insole I really appreciated it definitely recommend

Bryana was extremely helpful! I am a very picky boot shopper and went through several pairs looking for the right fit, ultimately landing on a pair I had to order (2476), which I'm very happy with as its the unlined version of the traction tread lite series. I highly recommend our local store. They also offer a boot truck which I am having come to our shop.

Absolutely love getting my boots from this location. JewelLee was a huge help finding the right boots for me and was also able to repair my old boots BOA laces. Friendly employees all around and always willing to help the customers. Plus the boots are the best I have been able to find for my problem feet.

I just had the best service you could ask for...and very nice sales lady bryana and her friend with boots and insoles ....I was in there a short time fitted and cash out in no time...I recommend go and get your boots there

Bryana is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable on all the products. I was not exactly sure what I was hunting for but she took the time to ask specific questions, scan/measure my feet, check pressure points, and go through every option available.
I was interested in a pair they didn't carry but she called the Wickliffe location to ask for me and did confirm they were in stock there!!! I did end up getting some safety glasses at least and I may even be back to look at insoles some day.
MIND YOU - Bryana took all this time and care and patience with me 20 minutes before close and I was even there a couple minutes past. I thought I was going to go in and just pick something so I didn't anticipate taking that much of her time.
She was laughing with my fiancé and I and just seemed to enjoy being there in general. What an amazing manager you have, Red Wing. Thanks so much!!!

JewelLee was most courteous & helpful, this was my first time shopping at Redwing, she took extra time to focus on my needs for aluminum toe work shoes. And she sent my foot measurements scan to my email. I plan on doing future business there in the future when the need arises. Jewelee definitely deserves a raise, I think!

I purchased the Red Wing 8 inch Super Sole 2.0 boots (#2412). From start to finish, my Red Wing Shoes experience was perfect. Bryana was my in-store associate and she was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process. This is my first pair of Red Wings and I was very surprised how thorough the process was. My feet were scanned for size and any abnormalities in points where pressure was being applied while walking. Bryana made sure I left with the exact fit, style, and accessories I wanted. I picked up a care kit, as well as anti fatigue insoles; Bryana even sized and installed them for me. These boots are an investment and she made sure I was aware of all the details, warranty info, and care instructions. Im very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to years of hard work out of these boots. Thank you!

Bryan’s was extremely helpful and set me up with the best possible work boots and insoles for my feet and pressure points. The staff at the Nile’s redwing are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone looking for boots to go here

I waited for my review because I really want to test the durability and strength of my boots. Thus far I'm impressed and the insoles are worth the intrest. JewelLee helped me out every step of the way. If/when these boots and insoles give out, I'm for sure coming back. 5 stars.

I’m a repeat customer and had the pleasure of working with Bryana and JewelLee yesterday. They are true customer service professionals. From getting my daily wear boots inspected, repaired, or replaced under warranty to helping me pick a second pair of boots for my mowing business. They know their product line and go above and beyond what would normally be expected of someone in their position. From greeting you as you enter the store, to helping you with your purchase, to exchanging pleasantries upon departure from the store I highly recommend the Niles, Ohio RedWing operation. With society in its current state, it’s hard to please customers. So many customers are quick to run down a business but fail to praise a business when things go well. I spent 30 years in the military and I know great customer service from someone who is only there to get a pay check and does as little as possible. I salute Bryana and JewelLee for a job well done. I can’t wait to see what happens with my warranty claim on my old boots and to see you ladies again. I feel like I have two new friends.

I recently purchased a pair of iron rangers at this location. I received amazing customer service from JewelLee! She took plenty of time to help me get the right boots for myself and answered all my questions about boot care and services provided by Red Wing. Great store!
