I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Rondinelli Tuxedo. The staff, especially the manger Tina, went above and beyond to make sure my son's wedding day was perfect. We will definitely be recommending Rondinelli to everyone we know. Thank you Tina and staff!!

Incredibly kind staff, measuring for a tux went by in less than 15 minutes, definitely recommend if you're looking for tux or suit rentals (not to mention they're a whole lot cheaper than other tuxedo shops in the area i.e. Mens Warehouse and American Commodore)

Bought a suit for my husband from Tina at the Niles store. She made something I dreaded doing with him so simple and easy and he looked fabulous ! Thanks again Tina!!

Our grandson's first homecoming was made so special by the manager of the Nile's store, Tina! He is very shy and she made him feel so comfortable. She helped him pick out the look he was going for and her ideas were on target!! He looked so handsome and we were so appreciative of Tina. Her sense of humor, professionalism, and knowing what the kids of today want made this experience amazing. We will be going back to her for prom!

Maura, Susan and Tiffany in Niles provided great customer service for my son's Homecoming. The price was surprisingly affordable (shirt, pants, tie and shoe rental) We will be back for Prom!

About a week before the wedding we went into Rondinellis niles store for my husband to do his final fitting for our wedding. We were greeted by the manager of that store who informed us that they almost sent his stuff back and it’s a good thing we came in when we did, why? I’m not too sure because we called them multiple times and kept them in the loop of when we’d be there. Anyway, she proceeded to tell me how the “final fitting wasn’t even necessary” and it’s not something we HAD to do. Well, I’m glad we did bc that’s when we found out that they had put the numbers in backwards, so we had all the incorrect colored vests and ties. As well as incorrect sizes. Then, just a couple days before my wedding they started finally calling my bridal party to do their final try ons. Every single one, besides two, were measured incorrectly, resulting in tuxedos not fitting anyone. I was told they would be ready for pick up the following day. I was also told that because of prom season, everything was backed up but that the changes would be done and ready. We went back, my kids tuxedos still did not fit. So now, we are waiting for tuxedos to be available the day of my wedding. We got them, they were even smaller than before. This went on until AFTER my wedding was supposed to have started. My family was sitting in the lobby waiting for pants for my kids. Which still did not fit but we had to make due with what we had and take the pants that were meant for my youngest (and literally falling off of him) and put those on my oldest. Ultimately, neither one of my kids had pants that actually fit them but were forced to make them work. We contacted Amy, who is supposedly in charge and some sort of district manager, through the entire thing. She assured us this would be made right. Well, we lost about an hour of time due to Rondinellis negligence. The girls that work at the niles store were rude and incompetent to say the least, but we won’t get into all of that. My family and I ended up losing thousands of dollars worth of paid, scheduled events and after Amy’s meeting with the owner they decided it would be okay to refund us for the boys tuxedos. I’m not ungrateful for that, though I do feel that is the bare minimum of what they could do. Especially since they didn’t do a full refund and kept the deposits that were made on the tuxedos. The amount of stress my family and I went through on my wedding day is literally unmatched. When Amy spoke to my mother in law she seemed very nice, however her primary concern seemed to be making sure that this situation didn’t hit social media because they “have 70 years of doing this and this was only ONE wedding”. She told us that she was going to meet with the owner again and explain the urgency of this and get back to us today about how they would handle this. We still have not received that call. This is something I won’t ever forget and I want to make damn sure it’s not something anyone I know, ever has to deal with. Take. your. business. elsewhere. Trust me, this is not the risk you want to take for your big day. Pay a little more, go somewhere that they understand customer service and basic measurements.
