Shower is freezing cold no heater working and the manager she’s rude

Shower was dirty. Floor was still wet .
Employee took up two washing machines the only two they have,and had to wait over 40 minutes to use one machine.
I assumed these were for truck drivers.
Oh and the rewards card does not work on any of the machines.
Laundry room was freezing cold!!!!

Always closes the drive thru and says that you have to come inside to order. There will be employees standing around not doing anything and say they are closed. They can’t get you soda from the gas station when they are out at Arby’s. Awful establishment. Go to Findlay or next stop!!

I came here to take a shower they charged me and after they told me our shower is broken. We don't have a service in the shower now. 😡😡😡😡 I told him what about my money $17 told me to call customer service

Great location, clean and well stocked. Terriany went above and beyond to help me get some non-medicated saline solution to clear out my sinuses.
I was having a miserable night up until that point. None of the grocery stores are open in the middle of the night anymore.
The world needs more people like her. Thank you!

Poor customer service. The cash price on the sign says 3.12 but was charged 3.78. I paid with a EFS card but was charged as a credit card. This place makes me sick to my stom. Stole my 500 cash advance and told me the transaction was canceled. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬💀☠️🗑

At 0330, your employee woke us, expedite drivers up, telling us it’s one hour parking only in the front parking lot and had to move. I was there in your parking lot since 1630. I was only 13 miles from my pick up.

Went in to pickup a FedEx envelope that my company sent me. The woman behind the counter insisted that they don't take possession of any kind for drivers. FedEx said someone there signed for it. Funny how the next morning I decided to check with the shop and the shop guy went into the store and my FedEx envelope was sitting on top of the rest of their delivery packages. The loves employee wouldn't even look in the office. Don't ever send anything to the Loves truck stop. Thank you Justin in the shoppers for finding my package you rock.

Several truckers parked at the fuel island and just camped out there for 30+ minutes. And when you try to address it with their employees, they don’t do anything. Their parking lot is cramped and a mess and backing up at the fuel island is near impossible.

I am a regular customer of this gas station, today they let me fill up my truck, because I forgot my fuel card at home, although I had all the data on this card and I do it not for the first time. In all other LOVE'S establishments they filled up before without problems
