Mason was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in full detail. He got me the phone I wanted and helped with putting the screen protector and case on for me. It was the best experience at purchasing a phone that I have ever had. Thank you Mason.

Returned a cell phone on May 22,2023 via UPS per their request / the shipment was lost ,ATT HAS TRIED TO CHARGE $729.00 FOR THE LOST PHONE PLUS A PHONE SERVICE BILL THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PRE PAID ACCOUNT. I WILL CANCEL THIS SERVICE AND MOVE TO SPECTRUM TODAY .

My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones. Wait time for assistance was minimal and the rep who helped us (Mason) was excellent! There was no pressure and he was able to breakdown every scenario and plan option that was available so we could make the most sensible choice for our needs.Thankful to have a quality AT&T Reseller so close to our home so we don’t have to drive around town to try to find one with good customer service!

Mason was great! Our 2 yr old daughter was having a prenap run and then meltdown while we shopped for phones, but Mason helped us quickly and efficiently and was very helpful.

Chase was great! He was quick, efficient, friendly and explained all deals and promotions while giving us insight on how much it would cost per month which is the most beneficial information for us. We were able to make quick decisions on upgrades and promotions while feeling fully knowledgeable and prepared for how it would affect our budget. Passing on his name to others in our family looking to switch to AT&T as I know he will take great care of them and they will not feel like just another number. Thank you Chase!

Hard selling. Had to wait to decide until he went on break. Wife's phone was not fully activated, only for wifi. Been AT&T customer since 1998, will not return.

Bought a new Samsung S22+ December 10, 2022 and Trista was the employee who handled my purchase. On the 29th of December I received a notice from AT&T that I was enrolled in a protection plan for my device for $17 a month. I never asked for, nor was I offered a protection plan when I purchased the phone, if so I would have declined because I never purchase them. I went into the store to tell them to take it off my plan and Trista said she could not, but I could by calling AT&T myself. I also told her I didn't appreciate her dishonesty by signing me up for a plan that I did not want. She insisted that I would have had to sign for it but couldn't show me proof that I had. I had AT&T send me a copy of the sales contract and it was not signed. The entire transaction was a pleasant phone buying experience until I found out they signed me up for something I didn't ask for. Make sure you check before leaving the store that they don't do it to you.
