Staff was extremely friendly and professional. When my lights came in, they called and got me scheduled. It took less than two hours to complete the job. It looks like a brand new car. I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday night and he had the hitch installed by Friday morning when they already had jobs scheduled and had to fit my job in. “I had an issue with my BMW and was diagnosed and told that it would cost me $6000 by my local BMW dealership. A co worker referred me to Brauchers. I dropped my car off at 7am. By 9am I received a call saying that my cost would be $900. By 2 pm they called to say that my car was ready to pick up and yes, just $900! I know where my vehicles will be going from now on. They we're very professional and detailed in explaining what was going on with my car. I highly recommend them!”

They took time with me, scanned the paint carefully, explained the different types of paint, as well as the options for delivering the paint to the surface. The match was nearly perfect - thank you guys!”

“Randy’s Automotive is simply the best auto shop I’ve ever done business with. Had some major issues with my 2013 Honda Odyssey and was stressing for weeks about the cost of repairing it. I had taken the Odyssey to my local Honda dealership, paid $300 for a diagnostic, and was told it would be about $1200+ (before taxes and fees) to replace my alternator and serpentine belt, and was told there were other outstanding minor issues that we’d need to address as well. I was soooo stressed out for weeks about getting the money for the repair and was calling other shops for a (hopefully) lower quote. Randy’s gave us a MUCH more reasonable quote and fully repaired/serviced the Odyssey the same day we dropped it off. Especially for someone who isn’t familiar with auto repairs and gets insanely stressed out when a vehicle needs serviced, I will be going to Randy’s for literally every auto issue I have in the future without question. Really could not recommend this place enough. Thank you all again!!”

“We were stranded in North Canton, Ohio with a blown tire on our brand new Buick Encore GX on our way home to Elkhart, Indiana. We had gone to Marhofer Buick and said they could get the tire but didn’t and after 3 nights at the Hyatt Place Hotel and no tire I called Tire Source and spoke to Brandon and he found a tire for our car and had us back on the road by 1:45 pm. on Friday. He was so nice to work with and was willing to help my husband and myself. We appreciate everything you did.”
