My family and I have been going here for all repairs and oil changes for years. Even though they always take 1.5-2 hours for an oil change, I have never had a bad experience. But now we will NEVER be going here again. I had my battery replaced here for a recall. During that repair the maintenance shop damamged my hood, it would no longer open. It worked perfectly fine before the recall and then it wouldn’t open after, clearly something damamged my hood while at ford. I go in to get it fixed, wait 3 hours, and then they try to charge me over $200 to replace the hood latch assembly that they broke… I asked to speak to the manager but he was “too busy” and I was told he would call me that week. It’s been 2 weeks and I have received no calls from ford. I decided I would take a look at my hood because I’m not paying $200. Keep in mind that I am a 25 year old girl that has never worked on a car in her life and within 10 minutes I figured out the hood rests were too high. I lowered those and now it works perfectly. Honestly, I wouldn’t have been so mad if the manager could take literally 2 minutes out of his day to talk to me but now I am disrespected waiting for a call that never happened. thanks for almost scamming me out of $200 and wasting 3 hours of my work day.

I hate to have to write a negative review, but I am quite frustrated with the service and communication from this dealership. After I purchased my car, I discovered that the back window was leaking. I have called and texted staff several times over the last month about getting the car looked at and this taken care of. I keep getting told that someone will be in touch to schedule a time to look at it and have not heard from anyone. I have called to request help more times than seems necessary. I don't usually write bad reviews. But, I feel like others should know that communication and follow through are not strong here. Even after I purchased and before I picked up my car, I struggled to get ahold of people and get the information I needed. I have finally escalated to a manager and I am hoping to actually hear back soon. I will update this review with the outcome.

I had an A\\C issue with my 22' Ford Maverick and Michael Wells was my Service Advisor. Everything from the beginning to the end of this repair was professional. The technician who worked on my Maverick was also professional by keeping things both under-hood and the interior clean and also looks like everything was installed correctly. Now my A\\C works as good or slightly better than new.

After having an oil change and tire rotation on Friday, I started having an issue with my auto start on Saturday. Kudos to Jaden for discovering the problem after driving the car after just a few minutes. Thanks again!

Joshua Stamps made the purchasing process fast and painless and was quite wonderful to interact with. Joshua went above and beyond with his service and was even able to have the vehicle delivered to my home. If you are looking to purchase a new car, you should look here first. Walk in, look for or ask for Joshua, but be specific. You want to talk to buffed Josh, not the other Josh, there are two. Talk to the buffed one.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I went to have window wiper motor replaced and they did that plus knocked out my recalls all In the same service visit. That meant a lot to me so thank you again.
