Each time I visit I always manage to come when it's about 4 staff member behind counter and they are always talking. No customers but me, and in order for me to be waited on, I must wait til their conversation is finished. I'm sure it's not pertaining to job because it's alot of laughter. Need to do better, this is close to my house and I don't want to travel to airway for parts.

Giving 3 only because the store was clean and well stocked. But a 1 on customer service. 3 of in line. 1 in front of us and 1 behind. Someone walked in and jumped in to the front of the line and asked for help with a tool part while crew member was helping a woman. Service crew member should have told him to get in line and he would help him out when it was his turn. They under quoted me on a part I had to order if I wanted it. Went back a few days later & the price doubled & was going to take over a week. Went to another Automotive Part Shop and got it later that day. I don't recommend this store. Go to Kettering Location or anywhere else for better service

Always good for parts make sure you always ask for a warranty if you don't it's not worth getting always get a warranty when you get a part from AutoZone if not offered that's not worth it getting make sure you put your part number under your phone number will always come in handy but so far so good always good to me unless they ain't got the part

Don't bother going here they don't give a ****I was there again thought they would price match like they say they do. Fram air filter. It was $5 cheaper at Walmart. They said, "No" point is they lost me as a customer completely. I was going to spend $100 or more today. Well because of this I'm done with you guys. If I had a commercial account you get crazy discounts. Learn your customer service never let a customer walk out the door unhappy in a situation like this. I even asked, "You sure?" Place is a joke

They were very nice & informative. My buddy's starter hadn't gonna out & they even allowed us to use the side lot to replace the starter. A1 in my book.(That m?on was pretty big in the skin that night also)

Barbara w. Is her name!! I'm from the neighborhood and been here before she worked there. She is the worst help ever. She don't believe in helping at all. I swear she about to make me quit going there. And the auto zone on airway is a million times better. I would give this one a 0 but I can't

OK customer service had to order Apart that they dint have in stock and told me I could get it around 4 or 5 that day and they would call me but never got the call next day I have to call them reason for low star

Great staff! We stopped in to get a new battery for a 2008 Honda Civic and they replaced it for us. The staff is very friendly and quick (we were there only about 15 minutes!) Will definitely use this store in the future.
