I’ve been a member for many years. BUT, in recent years the phone salespeople in the store have become increasingly annoying! I have always been cordial to them but upon any kind of “no thanks”, they barrage you with smart comments! I avoid them now by not going anywhere near them (though I have been followed around for sales). Sams Club and Costco do NOT approach you or even ask. It would be your own choice to ask and approach THEM.

Overall like the place. Easy in and out but check expiration dates on products that expire. Most recently picked up some salad topping mix. Did not check the date. When I got home and opened it noticed the date of expiration was 11 months ago! Took it back with no problems and mentioned to the manager there were still some bags mixed in that were expired. Went in a week later and some of the bags were still there!

This place is supposed to be save in bulk...why the heck am I paying $110 a year to pay full retail price of steak? Where are the bulk slabs at a bulk price? Ridiculous that I can go to Earthfare and pay less for better product and earthfare is silly priced. Step it up! Also why does your produce always have mold on it? You guys dont seem to understand liabilities selling toxic poison to yojr patrons! Again step it up!!!!!!!!!

We've been members of BJ'S for years. We like it because they have good selection, good prices, helpful people and it is hardly ever crazy busy like other wholesale clubs on the area.

I called in hoping to have a sub made, I spoke to Tracey in the meat/deli department and she was friendly and helpful. You could tell she really did want to help me have a good experience. She ensured my order was taken care of and to my needs. She should be celebrated as an employee that goes the extra mile. Thanks Tracy

Employees are friendly! I mean the live ones! Watch out for inventory robot "tally " . Usually only one live checkout lane. Several self checkouts, but card only no cash. Great buy on 8lb ore Ida crinkle cut French fries for 8.99 Thats one dollar and 12 cents a pound. Bottled water 40count for 3.99. That's 10 cents a bottle. Lol. Well today I am editing because I was wrong. There are a 2 or 3 credit and cash machines that they added I guess the clerk said almost a year ago. As I was advised to use a self self checkout as zero live lanes were available. To be honest tally again was in my path and interrupted my shopping experience. So sadly I am going to have to alter my review to 4. Employees are great! But obviously management??? Gas station employees are great and respectful 5 star to them.

I received a membership invitation for 20$ and I should receive 20$ back, when I applied they said I should pay 20$ then I should buy stuff for 60$ then I’ll receive 20$ back, which that it’s not in the invitation. I did cancel everything and customer service tears that invitation. Thanks god I have Sam’s club and Costco membership

We like the store, and shop there monthly. We do not appreciate the AT&T salesman bothering us every single time.
My husband put his hand up and said no thanks, and the guy stepped in front of him and kept talking.
Please put an end to this, it is beyond annoying. We don't appreciate having to dodge this guy every time.
