I manage a commercial plumbing service division for a local company and I have to say Brown Equipment is hands-down the best vendor around. I’ve had countless emergency repairs done and they have always bailed me out. Tony is very attentive and will always do whatever he can for his customers. I won’t take our jetter anywhere else to be repaired.

We started using Brown Equipment beginning of last year off referral of another Contractor. Couldn't be Happier! Great team of People and very thorough on their repairs. I will continue to pass their name on to any Contractors I know.

I run a landscaping company in Columbus Ohio, and always dread this time of year, fixing our Mulch Mule. It’s preventative maintenance and then looking at what needs fixed to get the machine through another season. I called Jeremy, our new territory manager at Brown and he gladly said he would drive the mule to Canton and return it. This is a huge help because it’s about 6 hours round trip. Tony the service manager called me as soon as he got the mule ,and said he would be in contact once they started repairs. He asked me what service I was looking for, and tailored a preventative maintenance package that met my needs. He called me several times to tell me along the way what he was finding wrong with my machine. He fixed everything that was needed, and told me things that I could wait on. No surprises on repairs, which was very helpful! When Jeremy returned it today, the aluminum wheels and the aluminum fenders were polished! I didn’t even recognize the mule when it came back! These people are great, I look forward to partnering with them in the future!

Brown Equipment went above and beyond all expectations. Our equipment consultant, Jeremy, picked up our Mulch Mule and dropped it off after the repairs. It was a 2.5 hour drive each way! On top of that, they saved us money by not replacing things that we were quoted because they didn't need to be replaced. It's hard-to-find honest companies now-a-days! They even cleaned the Mulch mule so well that our employees thought we bought a new one! We will definitely be using them to service the Mulch Mules for years to come!

Awesome support and service. We have a mulch mule. Had a repair needed, and our salesman did pickup, delivery, and they had a fast repair turn around. Very communitive. Kudos to Brown Equipment for excellent product support!!!!
