Chassis gave me an estimate for my wheel bearing and ball and joint. They were much low and than the dealership so several weeks later I made an appointment for the repair. My car runs great and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Very professional, reasonable, and efficient. I will be using them for all my car repairs moving forward.

Have never had issues or beef with their employees or work. Professionals and courteous too. From my experience in 8 years living here, Only 2-3 auto or body shops in town that I can say that about, But they're the best IMO. If I ever move away from here, I'll miss them. Edit: I should also plug Pat & Mike's Auto off of Market Ave (Southbound) just before the traffic light and OH-62W to I-77N connector. Honest and knowledgeable as well, (sometimes) more budget friendly than other local shops. They recommended CS for alternate work they couldn't perform. I still use both companies. :)

Chassis Systems is the only place I will take my cars for any type of wheel alignment or suspension work. They did an amazing job! They were even able to adjust aftermarket coilovers and get everything dialed in. If you have a modified car this it the ONLY place you should be going!Steve was awesome and was very informative along the way. He called once or twice while they did the work and let me know how it was going!I will be recommending chassis systems to all my friends and family for alignment needs!
