“What a pleasant experience I had today! A kind employee, named Anna, helped me with a self-inflicted issue. I placed an online order for in store pick up and totally forgot to pick up until I received a refund this morning! I called the store to see if I could still pick up my order. Anna stated my order had been returned to stock, but told me she would see what she could do. Anna reached back out to inform me that she had located the items I had purchased and has them set aside for me to pick up. I feel like this was an above and beyond gesture! So kind!”

“Great place for used kids clothes some new with tags or gently used clothes, they also have brand new toys for sale as well as used kids toys. They are a resale shop but highly suggest going earlier than later if you have clothes or toys to bring for resale suggest a tote or a laundry basket to bring used clothes. Staff is very friendly and care about their customers. The clothes are in the downstairs area as well as some new toys.”

“This is the coolest JCPenney I've ever been to, because in the back of the store by the women's shoes, you can peer through a window into a piece of Canton history long left to rot. There's an old power box on that wall with the loudest hum I've ever heard, so needless to say, one step into that corridor and that's it. There's something so strangely beautiful about seeing this last little section of what was once a social hub for the city; where first dates were had, friendships were made, and core memories were formed; and to have it intact yet in ruins right on public display like a museum exibit you can view but not touch. For whatever reason, the white vinyl that covered the window was torn off, and it made for easily the coolest thing I've ever seen inside a store.”

“Love to take my items here to sell. Although I wish they paid a little more. I bring in new things all the time and don't get as much as I hope too. Their selection is good. I do wish they had more older kids clothes though.”
