I am submitting this review on behalf of my father, a long time Citizen's Bank customer.
My wife and I have been loyal customers of Citizen’s Bank for over 35 years. After her unexpected passing in March 2024, I promptly settled her credit card balance. However, in June, I received a letter stating the account would be reported as a "paid-in-full charge-off," negatively impacting her credit report.
Attempts to resolve this at this branch with the Assistant Manager and through phone calls to your recovery and credit departments were frustrating and unhelpful. The insensitivity and lack of resolution were disheartening. I expect Citizen’s Bank to change the account status to reflect it was paid off in good standing. This experience has severely impacted my trust in the bank.

Why are you told to wait at drive thru because they have a customer inside? Lmao ok been sitting her for like 10 minutes plus, hire some people for gods sake!

I've dealt with this branch for over 10 years and the staff has always been helpful, friendly and courteous. They've untangled some situations and I've never had any problems at this location.

Absolutley hands down worst bank I have ever encountered. I usually go to Everhard location however this location is closer to where I live. Several things have gone wrong to cashing a ck and giving me the receit and they still had the money umm duh to not having drive thru light on when they are suppose to be open to depositing monies in wrong account when they were told what account to now holding another "citizens" ck for 3 freaking days when it should of been available right away. Manager says oh yeah it will be recognized and available what worker told you was wrong really because Im still waiting so you both have no idea what you are doing and the teller says you have to cash it first omg stupidest people on the planet!!! This bank should be shut down!!!!!
