I bought a vacuum back in December 2024. I called ahead of time to check the availability of the model I wanted. They didn’t have it in stock at the time but had put in an order for more and the man that helped me set one aside for me to pick up and purchase. Item came quickly and was brand new. Called them actually and got great customer service over the phone, and that was the week after Memorial Day. I was shopping around for a vacuum and most companies had the same prices, but here I got great service, too. I’ll be a repeat customer.

I have had several dealings with Classic Vacuum over the past few years and I have been beyond impressed with their service, their knowledge and their friendly, respectful attitude. I bought two refurbished vacuum cleaners from them and they happily and swiftly replaced a small part I had lost (my fault, not theirs) and have stood behind their word and their work. I can’t imagine wanting to deal with any other company. Internet purchases can be IFFY, but they are top notch.

The belt worked before but this time it broke right away and smoked. When I cleaned the spindle to try again it would not run. Now I need to dispose it.
