Somehow, they put my phone number in their database. They call me every month about a loan I have nothing to do with. I've communicated with them three times to put my number on their DO NOT CALL list. They say they will - and then call me the next month again. I've filled a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and may need to sue them next.Do not do business with a company that cannot do a simple task like remove a phone number from a database.

Never willing to help !!! Say they will do anything to help and never help or call. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!! I will never do business with them again. You can't pay online because they close accounts so they can charge you $10 to make a phone payment.

The lack of customer service and communication from their loan department shows they don’t care for customers or making new business. Very immature loan officer and didn’t feel comfortable giving them my business went elsewhere.

I have an auto loan with this credit union. After 3 years of never being late on a payment, my husband lost his job, and I fell behind. Although I kept in touch with them, making payments when I was able, they took money out of my account without my permission. I was sometines one month behind, but never more. They said they have the right to do this, according to my contract. Amy repeatedly claimed I made promises I didn't. At this point, because I am 27 days past due, (I have made partial payment), they removed the payment from my account. I explained that I have two pending payments I've made that will now bounce. Amy, and her supervisor, Chris, will not help. They won't listen to the recorded calls. I can not wait to get this car paid off, so I can never deal with them again!

My brother and I had to go in and close our recently deceased father's account. We both thought the customer service was lacking in the compassion. They could've been just a tad less snotty on the phone and in person as well.
