I've never been so disappointed in a business. I dropped my laptop off and was told it would take a few days to a week to be repaired after the necessary part was in. A week after the part was delivered, it still was not done. At no point during the 3.5 weeks it was there did anyone call me and update me on the status of my computer, except once to tell me the repair was initially denied by Apple. I called Apple and took care of that.The last week it was there, I was told there was a 50/50 chance it would be done on Tuesday, and if not, it would definitely be done on Wednesday. It was not done on Tuesday, which I understand. I waited all day Wednesday to hear from them but never did. I called in and was told it might or might not be done by the end of the day. The day after it was supposed to “definitely” be done, I was called to be informed it was done. Because of schedule conflicts and Connecting Point not being open on weekends, the earliest I could pick it up would be the following Monday. While I am over an hour driving distance from Connecting Point, I was told by Conner that it would be only $10 to overnight it to me. For $10, I figured it would be well worth it, since I am very much in need of getting my computer back ASAP. I got a phone call Thursday, the day it was done, to confirm shipping information. He then told me it was going to be $18 to ship it, even though he previously told me it was going to be $10. His response to me asking about the discrepancy was “Well, we printed a FedEx label.” I still do not understand why I paid almost double what I was told it was going to be. At this point, I said screw it and just paid for it because I was tired of dealing with this place.After all this, I wasn't surprised to get my laptop back with a dirty, fingerprinted screen. In terms of the repair, it seems to have been of acceptable quality. My left shift key does not feel right (even though this key was previously fine), but the two keys that were the issue have been fixed. After almost a month, I think the repair should be perfect. All I know is I will never recommend this “Apple authorized” repair shop to anyone.

Connor tried to replace a recalled keyboard. He was unsuccessful. He did not call to tell me he was unsuccessful, I had to track him down. He finally admitted it was still broken, but he claimed there was water damage to the laptop. This was a surprise to me, as he had checked for damage when I dropped it off and gave it the all clear. When I got my computer back, I took it to Apple and they confirmed there was indeed no water damage. Connor lied. Connor was a terrible communicator and because of this, I've been without a work device for three months. Sadly, this business failed me at every step.

I lost all my images on a 12 year old MacBook Pro. It was recovered and set up on my new MacBook within a day. They don’t just fix the problem, they also explain it in simple terms to avoid any repeat issues. Pricing is fantastic and Connor is a Wizard. I will be back when the inevitable next tech issue arrises.

Great place to have your computer worked on. I had a MAC that was under warranty and they did a great job helping me and made sure that everything done was covered by the warranty. I enjoyed the service better than if I took it to an Apple Store.

Extremely satisfied with their service. I had them upgrade a few of my Macs over the years. They installed RAM, solid state drives on an older Macbook Pro. Quick turnaround as well.

This company has saved my sanity over the past three years more times then I care to count. As a small business owner, computer issues are the worst, but Connecting Point takes the guess work out of solving them.
