Cool place. While waiting on my food, which wasn't long, I had a brief conversation with the manager about how the stores in the area were competing for the fastest drive trough time and how the owner was local and such. He was a really cool guy that made my day a little brighter. Also reciept day is the coolest thing. Hope that never goes away.

Did a web order, wasn't ready when I got there, they couldn't even find my order, one staff member was not friendly at all. He had an attitude he had to make my order. Won't order from this store again!

I had the pleasure of talking with the gentleman that I think was the manger. Very nice, food is always fast and great. We come here all the time. If I did speak to the manger, way to go! You are great!

Typical DQ food. Staff is great. Drive thru is a weird setup that causes traffic issues in the parking lot. Other than that, it's great.

In the approximately 5 minutes we were inside, Jeremiah (who I assume to be the manager) yelled at two employees and based on the expressions of the other crew members this is a regular occurrence. If he is comfortable yelling at employees in full view of customers one can only imagine what happens when customers aren't there. It was incredibly appalling behavior, especially when he turned around and became incredibly nice to us. I cannot believe an adult acts in such a manner. I truly hope this is addressed by upper management as I really doubt any of the crew members would be comfortable coming forward with any concerns.

Barely here for 5 minutes and got Front row seats to Jeremiah talking down to all the other employees working at the time and yelling at them for no reason basically treating them like dirt. If that's how they get treated in front of customers I'm scared of how they get treated when they aren't.

I ordered two fish sandwiches. One plain. I got home with my order and one had only tartar sauce (was expecting lettuce too) and the other one that was supposed to be plain, had a small amount of tartar sauce on it. Appeared that they tried to scrape it off. The person who took my order was also the person who bagged it and delivered to me. I specifically asked if one was plain and she said yes. ?

How hard is it to read screen and put everything I order in the bag. Train your employees or hire ppl who have brain cells. Ordered large fry got a small and forgot pretzel sticks. Terrible, lazy workers

I was there with my grand children (2yrs and 4yrs). We ordered ice cream and ordered 4 piece chicken tenders with fries. After 20 minutes we still had not received the food. I went to the counter and asked the attendant when my order would be ready - the kids were getting restless. He looked at me like he had no idea!! Another attendant said it looked like they were taking them up right then. I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes and had to go back to the counter and asked if my order was ever submitted. They all stared at me like I had 3 heads!! I asked for a refund and walked out without purchasing a cake as was originally intended. While I was waiting all that time I noticed how disgustingly filthy the counters, pop machine and napkin dispenser were. This is probably the worst DQ we have ever been to!!

Food is consistently good. My kids and I enjoy it each visit. However, the girl behind the counter tonight, geez. Didn't even say hello when we walked in. Or "what can I get for you?". Just handed me the receipt and said nothing after I paid. Nothing even close to a smile. We were there at 8:45. She was there the last time as well, and same deal. We will still visit, but she could use some training on how to be pleasant and friendly with guests

The staff is corteous and does a good job of managing the inside customers along with the influx of customers at the drive through window. Speaking of which, the outside ordering window is in the parking lot (not attached to the building). The ice cream is great and there are good deals on food combos. Enjoy!
