As a consultant, I am on the road virtually every week, flying or driving someplace. Working with the Enterprise location at the Canton Akron Airport is an absolute dream. I have never had a reservation or availability issue, but their staff is what makes Enterprise stand out. Every staff person over the last three and a half years has been great to work with, but Katya and Dustin are exceptional. They both exhibit the professionalism and courtesy that every employer hopes their staff has. I can't say enough positive things about Enterprise at this location.

I made my reservation Oct. 10,2023 for pickup at Akron/Canton Airport on Dec. 14, 2023. We get in the line behind a few other people. As time comes for us to be next people start lining up next to us. The young lady behind the counter takes 4 people from the line next to us. We have been standing there for 30 min minimum. The gentleman also behind the counter does look up and apologize for the wait. The lady doesn't even look at us just pretended we were not there. Then finally our turn with the guy. The only 7 seater available (what I reserved) is on HOLD, no tag. So, another guy comes around and says he can give us a premium 8 seater for an extra $25 a day. Absolutely not! I don't understand why they take reservations then, rent them out to others. I ended up not being charged for the upgrade. That was in the return area, it had trash and was dirty on the inside and windows had bird doo on them. We washed car ourselves. Please work on your customer service and reservations. Al did a great job!

Made a reservation, knew i was going to be late, called the number online and Antonio instructed me that they hold reservations for 24 hours and I would be fine. Got to the counter 4 hours after reservation time and was told they only hold reservations for 2 hours and had no cars. Thankfully I could walk over to Avis and get a car, but was disappointed with the communication from Enterprise (staff was cordial, situation was just awkward). Have had better luck in the past, but not so much today.

Great experience. Had a little issue with payment system at return but the representative was super friendly and patient. Worked it all out and the car was wonderful. Great service. Thanks for everything!

I have rented vehicles here every time I come to Ohio! I have only had one issue and it was resolved quickly and professionally! Will always use enterprise to rent my vehicles in the future! :)

The pricing at this one is considerably better than neighbouring enterprise options.Downside is it's at the airport, but Akron Canton isn't busy at least.

I ask for a ride between my car dealership and Enterprise. The driver came on time. I was served in a timely fashion at Enterprise. The car I was given to drive was great. No problems at all.

Walked out to the lot and when the guy opened the door to the rental car I got a whiff of what smelled like nail polish remover. I said “wow- that’s strong!” He said “ better than what some cars smell like”. I drove the car for about ten minutes, windows down and a/c cranked. I began to feel nauseous. I rented the car to drive myself, my brother, and my 83 yr old mother to the airport which was a 1hour and 15 minute drive. There was no way we could tolerate that smell for that long. I called Enterprise and advised that I would need to get a different vehicle and they were very accommodating. I stopped later to get it ( time crunch to get to airport/ flight on time). It was a quick stop and I headed off to get my fam for the drive to Akron/Canton airport. My phone was running low on charge - needed the directions on my phone- to my surprise there was no port plug into to charge my phone! Unnecessary stress. Very frustrating. We were the very last passengers to board our flight but made it to our destination. The original car I was rented should have never been given to me with that nasty smell!!! Still mad. Still have to pay the full rental price. Not going to use enterprise in the future if I can help it!!!!

The young man that checked us out was fantastic. He was left by himself and a lot of planes came in late and there was a long line of grouchy people and he handled it swiftly and professionally!! Major credit to him!! Fantastic job!!

They could use some additional staffing during peak times, but generally they are very efficient.. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been very cordial and helpful.

Always have problem with enterprise when I fly home to get a rental car from here (Akron/Canton) 0-10 just go to Cleveland !!

This rental experience went great. I meant to email Enterprise following this rental. The sales representative that took care of me at the Airport was fabulous. I actually asked him if he liked his job . He replied that it is a little hectic at times but he liked his job. Thanks for the great experience.

The extra drive to the airport is worth the difference in professionalism and efficiency to pick up a car from enterprise. A much better experience at the airport locations than their independent branches. Pre checkin with the app was also really helpful when picking up and drop off was a breeze.
