I started working out here about 3 weeks ago and so far I love it. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Plus you can bring your kiddos if need be and it’s no big deal, perfect for moms who need a good workout, but don’t have childcare.- Lia

I love this gym! I’m new to CrossFit, but the coaches and other members are so encouraging and helpful! It’s been a great experience so far and I have felt very welcomed from the start!
