I came here with my sisters-in-law on Black Friday, and it was amazing! We got free samples of chocolates to try, which were so yummy. They had amazing deals and the staff were all so helpful. The store was decorated for the season and we got a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus! We got snack-sized S’more Bites from Santa. We got a boatload of delicious, high-quality chocolate at a great price! We will definitely come back!

We loved the free tour. It was nice to learn about the history and process of making chocolate. There were a few fun photo ops along the way. Our tour guide Jane was super welcoming and full of information! Helen in the retail shop was super sweet (no pun intended lol) and very helpful. The chocolate was yummy and fairly priced. 10/10 recommend the mint melt aways!

Wonderful little tour that’s free! You’re supposed to call & make a reservation (11-3, every hour on the hour.) All of the staff were wonderful & Jane was an amazing tour guide!

The fact that they do a free 45 minute tour blows my mind!! You get two free chocolates on the tour as well and their sales are amazing!

Someone fraudently used my debit card to purchase $94.99 worth of product from here and when I called and left 2 messages concerned about who did this, no one returned my calls. 2 thumbs down. Very unprofessional. Unless it's someone at the company who did it...

Chocolate - learning about it, eating it, and discovering new creators of it - it's a favourite family hobby! The highlight of this tour was our guide, Jane, who as a local resident, has a true love for the story of the Harry London and Fannie May chocolate makers. Jane gave us a detailed and excellent overview of the history of the company, the Fannie May factory and its production, and the Ferrero company's hopes for future expansion. The retail store was also a post-tour highlight, and the samples offered as part of the tour helped us choose our favourites for purchase. Call ahead for a tour - we found the website was out-of-date, and so we had to try a few different times to book a tour. Once we did arrive for the tour, it seemed that walk-ins were being accommodated. The casual nature of the tour meant that we started slightly late, and our guide was so open to all of our questions that we also ran into the time of the next tour. As tourists, this was fine for us, but others with a tighter timeline may want to consider that in their planning. The tour ran about 50-60 minutes.

My mom and I always visited this place for chocolates when I was little and my F.S.G.S. WAS Bad. We still stop on occasions when I go up for visits with my specialist at akron kidney hospital. This is also the place where Opera gets her chocolates as well...Gotta say, That woman definitely has good taste.

Offers factory tours with a reservation. Informative guide. Was above the factory floor watching production. Only see a portion of the factory but it was enough. End up in a gift shop where you can buy individual pieces of candy or boxes. Was giving a sampler piece of chocolate.

I would rate 0 if I could. Do NOT work here. They’re so unprofessional, hr will tell you one thing and the people in the warehouse will tell you another. They don’t communicate at all. They don’t have time cards to clock in so the unprofessional, lazy , always walking away from the area supervisor will write down what time you came in and be incorrect since she’s barely at the area. They’re just downright rude. I would not recommend working here.

Sales lady was very nice and knowledgeable.A bit disappointed that we didn't get to do the chocolate tour because they only do it through the week. :(At least we got some free samples and bought some tasty chocolates! :)

If you like chocolate, you'll love this place. It offers an interesting factory tour and a really good outlet store.
