How the driver make an atempt to make a delivery at 10:04am when the store it supposed to be open at 11am. The drivers don't do the assignment on check when the stores open.

Driving home with my two young daughters in the car when one one their trucks, license plate PLZ4195 comes flying up and starts riding our behind aggressively. Tried to call and no one answers the phone.
