Teller was very snooty and rude. I had to show 2 forms of identification, give my telephone number, social security number, and then use my a t m card inside the bank just to make a $200 withdraw. The manager however, was helpful. I used a different branch the next time and had no issues at all.

The new ATM is garbage, but the tellers inside are top notch!

Deposited a large check that was through 5th 3rd. Was told funds would be available the next day.Even though check was processed, I can't access the funds because they say there is a hold and I have to wait a week to get them.Soon as funds are available, I'm withdrawing it all and closing accounts. Will find a better bank.Do not recommend this bank.
