Can't even with this place. Mistakes happen but businesses need to own up and take responsibility.

My husbands ex girlfriend used to take our dog there. Now that i do , it's an issue. She originally filled out the paperwork, so I understand the issue. But am I supposed to hunt my husbands ex down to get my dog current on his shots and whatever else? Easier to start fresh elsewhere.

I don't know how some nasty people give this place one stars. We've been coming here for 6 years, 2 cats and now two puppies. Every time we've called the staff have been incredible, caring and prompt. Having a wife in the medical industry, I've been told how advanced it is to become a vet, coupled with the everyday losses they have to see, for animals they have love for, only to receive bad reviews about silly things. I drive past 4 vets on the way to this place and wouldn't have it any other way. They also just saved my puppy who decided to eat toxic liquid, and they attended to him instantly. 10 star vets, no question.

I wish I could rate 0 stars because the staff obviously just doesn’t care anymore.I used to drive 30 minutes to this vet for my cats because I liked them so much, but something has changed and I will NEVER bring them back. I paid $500 for various tests on my asthmatic cat to see if it was safe to put her under for teeth cleaning and had to call over and over again for over a month for a vet to actually talk to me about the results. It took them so long and the answer was so vague it makes me wonder if they were even necessary in the first place or if they just wanted to take advantage of my nervousness about the procedure as an excuse to charge me more. Thankfully she hasn’t gotten her teeth cleaning yet and I will be taking her somewhere else.Shortly after, my partner’s senior cat started having respiratory issues so we took her in for a checkup. The vet was too busy flirting with the technician to even look at our cat and talked down to me multiple times calling me things like “sweetheart” and bragging about not vaccinating his own pet cats. This vet had the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I was so uncomfortable and disgusted that I didn’t even realize until leaving the building that he hadn’t actually inspected our cat more than petting her. After all that, we took our poor sick old lady to another vet and found out she had a respiratory infection. I’m so upset that we paid money for this vet to completely miss something that could have killed our SENIOR pet if left untreated, something easy to diagnose if he had even bothered to use a stethoscope. Yes, you read that right. He didn’t even use a stethoscope after we specifically said that she was having breathing issues.Complete waste of money and time just for the vet to make sexist comments and not actually look at our pets in the slightest. Go literally everywhere else!

We had a horrible two and half hour - end of life experience for our dog including a doctor who squirted the medicine all over the floor and my wife's shoe while trying to give it to our dog, and a technician who was sobbing uncontrollably and hugging our dog around the neck so much so that we couldn't get near our dog as she passed. We received an apology, but they still charged us the entire amount, giving us a "credit". The credit has no value unless we have another pet, and we take the pet to For Paws - both of which are highly unlikely.

This Vet Clinic has been a God send to me & my dog. I had my pup at a different vet who couldn’t seem to clear up an issue he was having for months. Within a week of bringing my boy to For Paws, he is almost completely better. I couldn’t thank Dr. Jellison enough for listening to my concerns & finding a solution so quickly. Also would like to mention, the day my ornery dog broke into a box of Yoo-hoos, Dr. Jellison & her team got my dog in so quickly & got that under control all while keeping me in the loop & making me feel comfortable while he was left in their care. Enzo & I thank you all so much!

Great experience from the phone call to set up my appointment to everything once we were there. My anxious dog was so comforted by having a couch to sit on in the exam room! All the staff were thorough and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We normally have very good experiences here. Unfortunately, our emergency had to be scheduled the next day. Had to go somewhere else ?
