This is the worst Gamestop that I’ve ever been to not only was Max, the store, associate, rude and disrespectful. She was giving me information that wasn’t true she had an attitude during the whole transaction literally almost returned everything I ordered will NEVER stop nor recommend anyone to this location!!! If I could do no stars I would in a heart beat.

Another Game stop that isn't open when they are supposed to be. Opens at 12 but at 2pm they are closed.... not good for business.

Is it customary to close early? Cause with already reduced hours I was getting there with 15 minutes to spare to look for an item and you closed the doors as a customer came out. And by the time I got to the door it was locked and you started pulling the blinds... GameStop is spiraling for a reason... I'll just go to the store by target since they at least follow their hours..

Was not able to return item to store brand new, would have had to open it and take used price and was not happy. Like store, but bad experience

The employee was kinda creepy and this woman and her son blocked whole section of games so we couldn't even look even after saying excuse me twice then letting them know we was trying to see if a couple games were there and available still didn't move so after being there for 20 minutes trying to be patient waiting and employee just standing there staring at us i said let's go before i went nuts in there it felt like a C rated movie or something. Never had this problem at other Game stops though

I normally only shop at gamestop once in a bluemoon. Lee was an amazing saleswoman and helped me purchase an item that was on a wishlist for me at a very affordable price ❤️ I will be coming back very soon.
