The curbside grocery service is wonderful! I highly recommend it. The staff is top notch. My order is always perfect. The shopper sends me a text as they are shopping. If they don’t have my exact item, they send a photo of other options. The website is easy to navigate and you can save your list of items. It takes me five minutes to place my order. It saves so much time!

The pharmacy staff rude and highly UNTRAINEDThey did not know how to enter the group number from my insurance card so they took it easy and decided my card insurance old and my insurance canceledIt is a joke never go to that pharmacy againWalgreen pharmacy next door zillion times better and more efficient

I typically shop multiple times a week for groceries at the Giant Eagle, Washington Square. I sometimes use the bathroom in the eating area. I have pointed out to management that the bathroom needed cleaned. Today, running errands then stopping for dinner items, I have to use the ladies room. There was actually feces on the front of the toilet and mold still in the toilet bowl. There is mold on the floors and in the grout. It is absolutely filthy. This is the bathroom employees use, then go and touch and pack groceries that we will eat? Please get a professional cleaning company in for a deep clean. Your employees aren't cleaning crews. My store of choice will now be the Giant Eagle at 30th Street. A little farther drive but much cleaner.

Look at these reviews!!! Get rid of the blonde woman Pharmacist!!! She is so rude and mean to people!!! I could not believe how rude she was to me over my daughters medication. She obviously hates her job! Don't work with people!!!! I don't care how busy you are you should stop and listen to customers and be nice!!!! She has no bed side manner, no manners at all!! Must hate her life to be so mean to people!!! I had Walgreens for years and my Favorite Pharmacist took the time to listen and answer questions but my ins changed sent me to Giant Eagle and they are extremely unprofessional rude and rushed!!!! Don't go here only nice person is guy that runs cashier.

I love this pharmacy except for the blonde pharmacist, she's so rude, even if you're not even talking to her she just stares at you. I have a lot of issues... The reason I go to the pharmacy and everyone there is just so genuinely Nice and when I go there it makes me feel happy except for when she's there. I've also seen and witnessed her degrading a tech, so unprofessional. I do believe she is a floater, she should get in a boat and paddle to an island all by herself ?

This is the 3rd time we have used tgis pahramcy and each time was a horrible experience. We moved in the area recently and tried this place because of the good experience we had at other Giant eagle pharmacies. Each time was a a 3 hour wait minimum with one occasion they didnt have the meds till next day. With the way Doctors do electronic perscriptions we couldnt just go elsewheee. My wife is currently waiting 3 hours for pain pills for her back she injured last night. Not only that the head pharmisist is very rude and she extremely snippy. There is no way this should be allowed to go on. We will be switching to a different pharmacy and filing a complaint to the main headquarters.

Internet hours says store closes at 11pm. THE FRONT DOOR SIGN says open until 11pm. Go there at 10:20 pm to grab a quick steak and doors are closed and locked. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE EARLIER THAN YOUR POSTED HOURS - UPDATE YOUR HOUR SIGNS AND WEBSITE AND GOOGLE HOURS! drove 20 minutes there after work just to find out they're not open. When THEIR SIGN says they should be open.

Wow! Mask police meeting us right at the front door. I am not sick so why do I need to wear a mask to protect others. What could I possibly "give" them.....maybe a smile! That's ok, we took our business to Walgreens and could shop in peace.

I went to pick up my rx today and was told it was 85.00 I really couldn't afford it but I got it anyway. When I got to my car I remembered good rxSo I looked it up and it was only 12.36. So I returned to the pharmacy so I could get the lower price. ALANAwaited on me and was the rudest person. I already was having a bad day and she got in my face and said I should have asked about that when I got it. She proceeds to lecture me and tell me she is putting a note on my chartThat I cant do that again......like im 5. No one should be treated the way she treated me. Aren't people having a hard enough time these days ??If she was the one paying that much for a rx im sure she would rather pay 12 dollars rather than 85. There was just no reason for her attitude. I will be changing pharmacies. Not that any of you care. I will definitely spread the wordAbout my experiance!!!!
