Was there today, Friday, 9/26. 14 Registers available, only 2 open. Had perishables and were surprised they didn't spoil while I was waiting in line. I realize Store Management has budgets they have to meet. However, take at least 7 out and use the space for displays. Seeing all those registers and very few open, all it does is upset customers and can cause them to shop elsewhere!
One good thing, I had trouble locating a couple of items in the dairy, and Bob, who was working Dairy, went above and beyond to help me find them. However, the 2 items I had been buying there were discontinued!

Well, I bought what I thought were three cream puffs. Turns out only one was and the other two were custard. Then, to make matters worse I had to go fill out some paperwork for my new job and my cream puff melted in the heat!

I live in Ohio 2 weeks each month and when I'm in North Canton I always go to Giant Eagle for some food, drink or other.
It's a super-place where I know I can always find what I need. Absolutely recommended!!
