Giant Eagle Supermarket has been serving customers with fresh, high-quality foods at everyday low prices since 1931. The store offers a wide variety of products, including fresh produce, deli items, and baked goods, along with services like in-store pharmacies and grocery pickup and delivery. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who provide excellent service, as noted by shoppers who received assistance in departments like meat and bakery. A memorable highlight included a complimentary birthday cake for a customer’s mother’s 100th birthday, showcasing the store's thoughtful approach to service. Many loyal shoppers have found the online grocery ordering service convenient and satisfying, especially during the pandemic. However, some customers have expressed concerns about price increases and the shift to self-checkout. Overall, Giant Eagle remains a popular choice for those seeking quality groceries and a positive shopping experience.
